To ensure the best service for everyone, please keep the following in mind
Punctuality is very important to us and to our other clients
If you arrive 15 min late, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
The groomer will notify you when your pup is ready. A charge of $15 will be added for every 10 minutes late on pick-up.
If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you must pay $35 before rescheduling.
Payment must be made before picking up your pup from the salon.
